How do I search for an item?

1. Enter your search term in the search box (top right). You can search by keyword or item number.
2. Click Search.

How do I preview an item?

• Once the results are displayed, you can preview any item by clicking anywhere in its block – the text, image, or open space.  To hide the preview, click on the product image, and it will be reduced to its original size.
• To preview another item, click in its block. 
• If you want to view all the known details about the item, please click on the “Get more information about this product” link, which will take you to another page, all about the item.

How do I order an item?

1. After previewing an item, enter your desired quantity in the field next to the “Add to Order” button.
2. Then hit enter or click “Add to Order.”  The Order Summary pane on the right will be updated with the item and quantity.

Get the best results ...

1. Use specific terms, such as “black bic pen” instead of “pen.”
2. You can resort the results by price and best-match, using the links in the gray bar above the search results.
3. If you’re on a shopping page, you can get back to the regular page content by clicking on the “[X] Click here to hide the search results and restore the page” link.
4. If you don’t find what you need the first time, edit your search query.  The results will be displayed in an instant!  For example, if you typed “photo paper” but were hoping for Canon photo paper, just edit the search query with more details – “photo paper canon glossy.”
